1. We are unable to accept bookings from:-
a) Groups of persons of all one sex under 30 years of age.
b) Groups under 21 years of age.
These are Butlins rules, not the caravan owners and must be adhered to.
2. Butlins is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance may be asked to leave, forfeiting the rest of their holiday.
3. Pets are not allowed to stay in the caravan. Anyone found with a pet will be asked to leave with no refund
4. No smoking is allowed in the caravan
5. Any changes to the advertised entertainment or facilities on the camp are beyond our control, and we cannot accept any responsibility for this
6. We can accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to cars, belongings or personal injury occurring whilst staying in our caravan, and we recommend that you purchase some form of holiday insurance if you require it, as there is no insurance included in the price of your holiday, and no refunds can be made once the full balance has been paid
7. The price of your holiday includes passes for 6 people into Butlins complex - additional passes are available at a cost of £20 each up to a maximum of 2 to reach the maximium capacity of 8 people, details of passes and how to collect the keys will be sent to you on receipt of the full holiday amount.
8. When you book, a £100 deposit is required for each period. This secures your booking. Please ensure that you include this with your booking form. This should be paid within seven days.
This deposit is non-refundable
9. Please ensure that you complete the booking form accurately, as failure to do so could result in you forfeiting your holiday
10. On receiving your payment and booking form a receipt will be returned. This will confirm your booking and show the remaining balance to be paid no later than eight weeks before your holiday. A due date for this payment will show on your receipt, however,
No further reminder will be sent. Should your payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.
11. Should you book your holiday 8 weeks or less before the start date, the full amount will be due within seven days.
12. An Additional £50 will be billed to the hirer of the caravan to cover breakages or damage , which will be returned after your holiday once the caravan has been checked - Adult entertainment weekends require a £100 security deposit due to the nature of the event.
13. The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
The hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their stay
14. In order for the caravan to be cleaned and checked, departures must be made before 10am on the day of departure and no keys will be released before 4.00pm on the day of arrival
15. Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given
16. You are advised to check the inventory on taking over the caravan, we are unable to accept responsibility for any defects not report to ourselves within 24 hours of the guests’ arrival.
17. In the case of any dispute our decision is final
18. By booking and paying for your holiday you are accepting the terms and conditions listed above.
